Role Snapshot - Location: LATAM - Brazil (Remote) - Schedule: Full-time | - 9AM to 6PM ET - Type: Independent/Contractor Position Summary We are hiring a Textile Designer - Soft Home to join our design team, supporting the development of trend-right, commercially driven soft home products for major U.S. retailers and licensed brands. This role focuses on print, pattern, color, and textile-driven design across multiple soft home categories. This is a remote position requiring strong execution and collaboration skills. Responsibilities - Create print, pattern, and textile designs for bedding, pillows, throws, bath, and related soft home products. - Conduct trend research across home, fashion, and lifestyle categories. - Develop seasonal and everyday color palettes and pattern stories. - Create CAD artwork, repeats, placements, and colorways. - Leverage AI tools for ideation and pattern exploration. - Prepare design presentations for internal and customer reviews. - Collaborate with Creative, Product Development, Sales, and Licensing teams. - Assist with sample revisions, strike-offs, lab dips, and approvals. - Communicate with overseas factories regarding artwork execution. - Manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
