ABOUT BUMPY Bumpy is an international dating and social discovery app that helps people build meaningful connections across countries and cultures, currently serving +30M users. ROLE OVERVIEW Bumpy is launching the pilot phase of its TikTok UGC Creator Program. We’re looking for confident, relatable freelance creators who can produce authentic, TikTok-native videos about dating, relationships, intercultural connections, lifestyle topics, and meeting people through apps. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity. Creators will produce approximately four short-form videos per week for a new, dedicated Bumpy-owned TikTok account. Content will not need to be posted on the creator’s personal account, so a large existing following is not required. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop video concepts using Bumpy’s content briefs and messaging • Script, film, edit, and appear in short-form TikTok videos • Create natural, relatable content that does not feel like a traditional advertisement • Submit videos for review and make reasonable revisions when required • Publish approved content on the assigned Bumpy-owned TikTok account • Experiment with different hooks, formats, trends, and storytelling approaches • Review content performance and apply learnings to future videos • Deliver content consistently according to the agreed schedule QUALIFICATIONS • At least 18 years old • Confident and engaging on camera • Strong understanding of TikTok content, trends, hooks, and short-form storytelling • Able to film clear vertical videos with standard lighting and audio • Capable of performing basic short-form video editing • Reliable, responsive, and able to meet weekly deadlines • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback NICE TO HAVE • Previous UGC or short-form content experience • Experience producing dating, relationship, lifestyle, travel, or mobile-app content • Familiarity with TikTok analytics and performance optimization • A portfolio or examples of previous on-camera videos LOCATION For the current pilot, we’re prioritizing creators based in the United States, Brazil, and the Philippines. Creators based elsewhere are also welcome to apply and may be considered for future projects.
