Descrição da vaga - Provide strategic tax advice on corporate transactions, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansions. - Assess tax implications of business decisions and recommend efficient tax structures. - Support clients and internal stakeholders on direct and indirect tax matters. - Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and communicate business impacts. - Identify tax optimization opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance. - Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals. - Review work products and provide technical guidance. - Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and engagement profitability. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Perfil desejável - 8+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably within a Big Four firm, multinational corporation, or professional services environment. - Demonstrated experience managing complex tax advisory projects. - Strong knowledge of corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, and tax planning strategies. - Experience leading teams and managing client relationships. - Deep technical tax knowledge and analytical capabilities. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Proven leadership and people management experience. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tax research tools.
